We will work through my estate planning questionnaire together to identify important areas of focus and come up with an estate plan tailored to your personal circumstances

I will draft your estate planning documents in accordance with the plan we devise

I will send you drafts of your documents for your review and feedback

We will meet to complete the signing process in person

I will provide you with your signed documents for safe keeping together with your final report and invoice

Legal services are billed on a flat fee basis determined by the nature and complexity of your estate plan - fees start at $3,000+HST for an individual 

Initial quote will be provided at the introduction stage and confirmed following the information gathering conversation
